Sacred Shamanic Snuff
Rapé (pronounced ha-PAY) is a sacred fire medicine from the Amazon, traditionally used by Indigenous tribes in ritual and spiritual practices. There are many blends, each crafted from a combination of Mapacho tobacco, ashes, seeds, and medicinal plants—ground into a fine powder. These blends are often unique to the tribe or lineage from which they come.
In ceremony, Rapé is administered through the nose using a pipe (tepi or kuripe) to support energetic clearing and bring the recipient into deeper presence. It is often used to help release stagnant energy (panema), invite clarity, and open the energetic channels of the body—particularly around the third eye. Many find that Rapé supports grounding, heightened awareness, and spiritual connection.
