Cancellation Policy for Reiki Sessions Effective 7/1/24

Thank you for choosing to book a reiki/shadow work session with me. To provide the best service possible and to accommodate all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. **Cancellation Notice:**

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

2. **Late Cancellations and No-Shows:**

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a penalty charge of $35.

No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will also be subject to a penalty charge of $35.

This penalty applies to all clients, including those who have prepaid for sessions.

3. **Emergency Situations:**

I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.

4. **Payment of Penalty Charges:**

Penalty charges must be paid before booking your next appointment. For prepaid clients, this charge is not deducted from the prepaid balance and must be paid separately.

5. **Booking Future Appointments:**

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future appointments.

6. **Prepaid Sessions:**

Clients enrolled in programs with prepaid sessions must complete their 8 sessions within 10 weeks. The cancellation policy applies to these sessions, and any penalties must be paid separately from the prepaid balance.
