Preparation and Integration sessions are just as important, in my opinion, as is the plant medicine itself.

Preparation Sessions are available to help you build trust which can lead to more effective ceremonies.

Integration after working with plant medicine refers to the process of incorporating the insights, emotions, and experiences gained during a psilocybin journey into one's daily life.

This process is crucial for maximizing the benefits of the experience and ensuring lasting positive changes.

Working with a shadow worker or reiki master for integration after a plant medicine experience can offer unique and complementary benefits that address both the psychological and energetic dimensions of healing and personal growth.

Integration can significantly enhance the process by providing deep emotional healing, energy balancing, and a holistic approach to personal growth. • Preparation Session to be held 2-3 days prior to your Journey.
• 4 Integration Sessions held after your journey (either weekly or biweekly)

Can also make this 5 Integration Sessions, if you do not desire a prep session.

Sessions are held virtually through Zoom and can be recorded if you would like, for later viewing. Each session is 60 minutes and includes Reiki healing energy, Shadow Work tools, and Spiritual Guidance.

Suitable for Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, MDMT, Ibogaine, Ketamine, Kambo, and other Plant Medicines or Spiritual experience integration work.
