What You’ll Learn

In this hands-on and interactive course, you will:

• Discover the Origins of Reiki: Learn about the history of Reiki and the contributions of Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, and Mrs. Takata.
• Master Traditional Techniques: Understand and practice Reiki hand placements and techniques.
• Explore Chakras, Meridians, and Auras: Learn how these energy systems influence Reiki healing.
• Perform Self-Reiki with Confidence: Sense and channel Reiki energy for self-healing.
