I'm Bonni Sue, a certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and I received my certification in Rishikesh, India, through the Association of Yoga and Meditation (AYM). My yoga teaching journey began in 2016 with 200 hours of traditional yoga training, followed by an additional 300 hours in 2021, both completed under AYM. I specialize in various styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Kundalini, Restorative, Yin, and Prenatal & Postnatal yoga.

In 2017, I expanded my practice by completing formal training in Teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to Kids and Teens. My dedication to deepening my knowledge continued with Yin Yoga Teacher Training and Pranayama (Breathwork) Teacher Training in 2023.

I take great joy in working with beginners, guiding new yogis onto their mats with grace and ease. I’m passionate about challenging Westernized stereotypes of yoga, focusing on its essence rather than its appearance. To me, yoga is a powerful healing tool, and I tailor sequences to target the body’s healing processes, making them highly therapeutic for common ailments and diseases. By concentrating on chakras, meridians, and the Life Force Energy of the Breath, I strive to make yoga accessible, transformative, and truly beneficial for everyone.
